Fab Finds Friday: Gym Bag Essentials

Hey Friends! Well I’ve gotten a little behind on the Fab Finds Friday thing. I think my last post was Valentines Day… oops. Sticking with my wellness journey, I thought it would be fun for this weeks fab finds to be gym bag essentials! There’s nothing worse than getting to the gym not being totally prepared. Having a well packed gym bag helps to make sure I don’t forget stupid things like socks or hair ties… which I do regularly. Here is what I make sure I have packed:

(First thing’s first) My Gym Bag: I absolutely LOVE this Adidas bag. It’s pretty basic which is all I need. The main big section, and two side pockets. One of the side pockets has a smaller inner pocket which is awesome for jewelry. It’s the perfect size and comes in a few color options!

Aveeno Face Wipes: I pretty much don’t go anywhere without a package of these things. They smell absolutely amazing. I always breakout of I leave my makeup on while I workout, so having something quick and easy to use in the locker room is ideal!

Nike Essential Logo Tank: I should have ordered this in every single color during the Nordstrom Sale. It’s the BEST workout tank ever. It’s light and soft, and doesn’t cling. It also doesn’t suck to wear to the grocery store on Sundays.

Fabletics High-Waisted Leggings: I have these leggings in every length and numerous colors. They are so comfortable, and most importantly, they don’t fall down and they aren’t see through!

All Birds Wool Runners: I’ve posted about these before, but they are absolutely amazing. They’re like slippers you can wear to the gym. And you don’t need socks with them, so there’s one less things to pack!

Apple Watch: I know this is an investment purchase, but it is so worth it. Being able to track workouts all week long is so helpful. You’re able to learn a lot about what workouts are working for you. And if you’re like me, all workouts hurt like a SOB so it’s nice having some numbers to look at rather than gauging it on how tired I am.

Invisibobble Hair Ties: These things have changed my life. They’re a little funky at first but they really do help prevent breakage. And your hair literally won’t budge. My coworkers make fun of me because they look like key rings.

Yeti 30oz Rambler: If you haven’t invested in a Yeti yet… get on it. They keep ice alive for HOURS. They’re huge but they fit perfectly in the ellipticals cup holder!

Drunk Elephant Littles Kit: I always have to make sure I wash my face as soon as I’m done working out to prevent breaking out. So I just pack up my little hot pink pouch and bring the whole kit! I use the Jelly Cleanser, followed by the B-Hydra, and topped off with Lala Retro Whipped Cream.

As far as headphones go, right now I’m just using the earbuds that came with my phone, but I’m hoping to eventually invest in the Apple AirPods!
