New Beauty Finds

One of my favorite things is testing out new products. So when I ran out of a few things all at once I was pretty pumped to experiment with some completely new to me products. Here are my latest:

Too Faced Natural Face Palette:
Hot diggity I LOVE this pallet. LOVE. It has some warmer tones for when I’m feeling a little sassy, and cooler tones for my day to day. Having a bronzer, blush, and highlighter that all live in the same little home is also fantastic for people like me who can’t find anything EVER when rushing around in the morning. The colors are super pigmented so a little goes a long way.

NYX Studio Finishing Powder:
This is the best drug store find of all time. This absolutely blew my Laura Mercier setting powder out of the water. It’s super super fine and doesn’t settle in the HORRIBLE fine lines under my eyes (how is it that I’m 25 and have grey hair and fine lines? This is bull shit). The powder is super breathable, and keeps my foundation and concealer in place all day.

Tarte Shape Tape Concealer:
Ok. I drank the Kool-Aid. I’ve struggled to find the right concealer for my dark circles, I look like I got punched in the face. And let me tell you… this shit lives up the hype in a big way. It doesn’t fade, smudge, or crease AT ALL during the day. It’s also super easy to control how much coverage you want based on the look you’re going for. I’m a little disappointed in myself for waiting so long to try it.

BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara:
I ended to getting a sample of this mascara with my points from Sephora. I absolutely love how it makes my lashes look. My lashes are wicked thin, but the mascara plumps them right up and makes them look like there are actually eyelashes on my face. My only complaint is that the second you touch it, it smudges. I mean I could fix that issue by not touching my damn face throughout the day. But all in all I’d would definitely purchase an actual tube of it!
